Pride and Comedy 2012: Two great shows (and neither one is ours)!

Margaret Cho                    Sara Felder

After 17 years, We Mean It! Productions is taking a year off. Fear not – there are two great queer comedy shows on June 2nd!

SARA FELDER was a huge hit with her unique comedy and amazing juggling when she performed with We Mean It! Productions some years back. You don’t need to be Jewish or a lesbian to love this warm, witty and multi-talented performer.

“Sara Felder’s shows are a rare, original and unforgettable celebration of love, faith and the often hilarious art of juggling that we all are.” SF Bay Guardian

At Congregation Shomrei Torah, 7:30 p.m., 2600 Bennett Valley Rd., Santa Rosa.
Tickets: $20 (advance), $25 (at the door). Children under 13: $10. Tickets: 707-578-5519.

MARGARET CHO is sassy, raunchy, edgy, a comic who holds back nothing and has a queer sensibility that embraces the entire spectrum. Fresh off her second Grammy Award nomination for “Comedy Album of the Year” for “Cho Dependent,” her incredibly funny collection of music featuring collaborations with Fiona Apple, Andrew Bird, Grant Lee Phillips, Tegan & Sarah, Ben Lee and more. Rare Santa Rosa appearance!

“Packs passion into each punch.” Chicago Tribune

“A chance to see and hear an already drop-dead funny diva growing, flexing new musical muscle, and fearlessly mature.” The Oregonian
